Variations & Weak Points (True Personalisation)
This is where generic programmes end and yours begins. We adapt every exercise selection based on your individual biomechanics, limitations, and muscle-building goals.
Exercise Variations Based on Joint Mobility
If barbell squats aggravate your hips, we'll use goblet squats or box squats instead. If overhead pressing causes shoulder impingement, we'll find an alternative that still develops your delts safely. The right variation means better muscle activation and fewer injuries.
Unilateral Training for Imbalances
Most people have left-right asymmetries. We incorporate single-leg and single-arm work to correct imbalances, prevent injury, and ensure symmetrical muscle development — no lagging side.
Prehab for Weak Links
Thoracic spine mobility drills before shoulder work. Hip flexor releases before squatting. Scapular activation before pressing. We address the weak links that hold back your muscle-building progress.
